Black African Organics understands that you are eagerly awaiting the delivery of your order and we therefore aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Costs

Gauteng door-to-door delivery R 115.00 incl. vat.

National door-to-door delivery R 115.00 incl. vat.

Delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The shipping period starts once payment has been authorized. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.

• Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorization code.
• Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
• eWallet deposits: The order is dispatched once the funds have cleared.

No deliveries will be sent to postal addresses or via the post office.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once order has been dispatched, a change in delivery address is not possible.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.

What do I do if products are missing from my order?

If you received an incomplete delivery please contact Black African Organics on orders@blackafrican.co.za . Please include your order number.

What do I do if I would like to track my order?
